A few weeks ago, God gave me a dream. In it He spoke to me and said, “Things are going to get easier.” I wrote an article, Prophetic Word: Things Are Going to Be Easier, detailing this vivid dream from the Lord, which published on IFApray.org.
I didn’t presume to know exactly what He meant. I simply took Him at His word. But by all outward appearances, things haven’t gotten easier, in fact, they seem to have become more challenging.
Since that word:
- I watched my aunt, who was COVID positive slip away. I watched her take her last breath. Days later I officiated at her funeral.
- One week later, my son-in-law tested positive for COVID. A day later, my granddaughter tested positive. Three days later, my daughter and I were tested and getting medical treatment.
However, despite what has happened in the natural, in my heart, I have kept those precious words near—“Things are going to get easier.”
Isaiah 55:8 says, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.”
Although things seemed to have become tremendously more difficult, I have experienced something remarkable. Although I have faced extremely challenging circumstances, one after another, they have not affected me the way they once did.
They have actually become easier.
I was not distraught as I watched my aunt leave this world. I had the privilege to sit by her, pray, and watch God take her home, peacefully and without struggle.
I was not afraid when my family members and I received positive COVID results. While these challenges were coming, one after another, I had peace through all of it.
Actually, something far beyond peace.
I now realize what God meant when He said, “Things are going to get easier.”
He released a grace into my life that was literally carrying me through. As long as I have leaned into Him, I have been at peace.
When COVID symptoms tried to take over, I spoke the Word and declared it was life to my flesh. I also listened to an audio Bible until the symptoms subsided.
The only time peace left was when I took my eyes off God.
From the day I had that dream that “things are going to get easier,” I knew it was not only for me, but for many. I want to encourage you, if you are ready for things to get easier, they can. The key is to lean into God and His Word. It is greater than any challenge that comes our way and it is what makes the road easier.
2 Corinthians 12:9 says, “And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
The Amplified Bible says it like this; “But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!”
Jesus said in Matthew 11:29, “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
When we make a firm decision to link arms with Jesus, difficult seasons become less so. His strength is ONLY made perfect in our weakness. Not only His strength, but also His power becomes perfect, fulfilled and completed, when we are at our weakest moments.
God gave me that dream to show me one precious thing.
He has extended a grace, an empowerment, to enable us to walk through the season that lays before us. In my situation, He provided that word before I even knew I needed it or before I could see what was coming. How great is our God!
That same grace is extended to you today. Will you receive it? Will you lean into it?
God says His grace is enough. I have found that to be true in my own life. I believe you will find the same in yours as you receive His grace for this season.
His word to us that things are going to get easier doesn’t mean challenging times won’t come. It means God’s grace is extended to empower us to walk through them in peace, faith and patience. Will we reach out and take it? That’s the real question.

God’s Grace is always greater than circumstance, and He God is always GOOD!
Thank you for publishing this word. When I read the first word, I thought it was a mistaken prophesy, meant only for the one who received it, or perhaps truly a false prophesy. So, blessings for this second article. I am familiar with God’s amazing grace in the face of stupifyingly difficult circumstances. Peace that passes understanding is possible and available for all who will lean into the God who created and loves us.
We are a huge war. Biggest ever. Called biowarfare. The media, CDC, FDA, Big Pharm, Fauci, the whole bunch are in on it and its for one reason. The Great Reset to start the one world order to bring in the AntiChrist. For the first time ever the whole world is on the same page with this virus and the injection/gene therapy. It’s not a real vaccine. They just call it that to deceive those who have been indoctrinated for years getting their vaccinations, so it’s just normal to them to trust those who should never be trusted. Big Pharm. BTW the word Pharmaceutical comes from Greek word Pharmakia. Definition: Witchcraft, sorcery. The whole world is under the spirit of Pharmakia. They never question Big Pharm no matter who corrupt they are as Phizer is one of the worst with the biggest law suit ever against a Pharmaceutical company for deceiving their customers. But people still line up for these jabs, never asking whats in them, if they were tried for safety, what are the stats on safety. Just give their arm over and say thank you. Many going home and dieing or ending up disabled and not able to function in life. Oh, but shhhhhhh….we don’t want to talk about them. That’s just colaterial damage for the great good right?
Jesus is our only hope. This world is not our home. Don’t see it getting easier thou unless Christ comes to get His bride. P.S. Survivor of Covid. Praise God. Home, rest, and prayer. I got a cold. So did my family. It was not fun…but being sick is not fun. I’m grateful I got thru it fine. But this is insane what they are doing with this plandemic. Its for one reason. Its for the Great Reset and to kill off a great deal of the population and bring in tyranny. I believe it was not China, it was globalist created as per a video of Fauci in 2019 with his goons planning this. Fauci is a very evil evil man folks and he is not alone. The truth is coming out. I will confess, I pray justice comes, but I don’t know, might not till judgement day. I pity these evildoers.
Americans, I’m sorry, but I do not see it getting easier. Too many people are cooperating with the agenda. Perhaps if God delivers us from these very evil folks, Fauci, Gates, and the corrupt media, government, medical associations, Big Pharm. I don’t know. All of this won’t end till people stop cooperating with Fauci, CDC etc. But today I was at the local grocery store. I never mask. Most were and giving me the evil stare. Nope. Too many have been brainwashed. Fear is the Virus!!!! The powers that be are determined to get away with this plan hook or crook and they have many people deceived into following their orders. They wear their obedient face diapers even at home or lone in their cars and follow corrupt Fauci’s every word with the no good lying CDC. How many folks who worked for FDA and now are employed in high paying positions with Phizer? A lot. Incredulous! CDC, FDA Big Pharm…one big happy family, Going after our children with this monstrous mrna gene therapy is nothing to these ungodly wicked soulless people. Why else did two higher ups in FDA quit? They were very high in the ranks. They would not bow to the globalist agenda and Biden’s barking orders. They quit. Biden the man that stands up on his high horse and says “Our patience is running thin.” Because some won’t bow to his orders and get the jab. The man is taking a wrecking ball to America and in every area destroying it. The man is a criminal. There is no other way to say it and I do not believe God put that man in office. He stole the seat. But God sees…….
America has forsaken God. They have legitimized perversion and reprobates are controlling our country. Biden is a fake president who is as corrupt as the devil himself and controlled by even worse if that is even possible. I tend to see Jesus coming for His bride. Everything has been contaminated with corruption. Think about it. The truth is coming out. Public schools contaminated with evil doers, the medical associtions controlled by corporations and governments, FBI, CDC, State Department, you name it, all corrupt filled with ungodly wicked people who don’t give a flying fig about you, your children and your well being. The hem is off the quilt and America and the world is falling apart. I don’t think its wise to say things are going to get easier. Scripturally, that does not line up. Let’s be watching and waiting for Jesus as scripture says we will meet Him in the air. Much like Enoch and Elijah or is it Elisha? Both were snatched up. Taken out, or some say raptured. True born agains will be as well. We are the bride and not appointed to God’s wrath as said in Revelations, chapter 3. The rest of the world left behind will incur God’s wrath. I dont want to be here for that and wont be. If you are born again, you won’t either. The only way things are going to get better is if Jesus comes and reigns. I’m so looking forward to that. This world is not my home. Share the gospel. We don’t have long.
Vickie, not all people have turned from God and His ways! God ALWAYS had a remnant to work through and bring deliverance through! He only needed one man to deliver mankind from the flood, one man to deliver Israel from Egypt, one man/THE MAN Jesus Christ to deliver man form sin, death, hell, and the grave and God has MILLIONS worldwide of ON FIRE, IN LOVE BELIEVING believers contending for HIS WILL and rebuking the devil’s plans! Why else do you think all this exposure is coming? If it were time for the AC then the truth would not be coming out so take heart sister for God will deliver His children because we have NOT YET experienced the works of Jesus let alone the greater works! I know it SEEMS as it’s the end BUT the remember the devil is a LIAR but GOD is THE TRUTH! Ask Him to show you in His word the ALL prophecies STILL to be fulfilled BEFORE the return of Christ and He will do it for you!! He has WONDERFUL plans for you HERE on the EARTH to do FOR HIM. It’s NOT the end yet. The church ISN’T rapture ready yet, too many lukewarm! Jesus WILL come back at some point “kind of soon” and before He does there WILL be a rapture, then the millennial reign will begin when He places His GLORIOUS feet on the Mount of Olives and I long for that Day but we have work to do first! So position yourself for Him to use you. Justice is coming! President Trump, who is His chosen “David” for this day WILL return and God WILL CLEANSE this nation and use the UNITED STATES of AMERICA to GLORIFY His Son Jesus just as He planned form the inception of this nation He created!! I pray this encourages you as not too long ago I thought it was all over BUT God began speaking to my heart about ALL that is in His Word that has Yet to be fulfilled and this isn’t millennial reign prophecies but prophecies for now and to come soon! The devil wanted the church to agree with him to try to bring the final 7 faster than God will allow but the Bible says “when the enemy comes in like a flood, God raises up a standard against him.” WE ARE that standard along with His Heavenly Hosts and Angel Armies and the flooding of the Holy Spirit afresh! Remember He sees the whole picture, we only see an tiny snippet. Take all that I say to Him though! He leads ALL who seek truth into it!! AMEN!! America BELONGS to God and just because there are many corrupt people that doesn’t mean God is done with this nation. He’s NEVER abandoned Israel and they, as a whole generally, rejected Jesus but He will open their eyes to Him through the gentiles by making them jealous. He raised up the US to be a light because Israel didn’t receive the light, His Son and He needs somewhere to show off Jesus. He made our nation for Himself! He cleansed and forgave Israel over and over and over and He is doing the same here! I don’t expect you to take my word for it, just ask Him to guide you into the truth and protect you form the enemy! Check out Robin D. These are GLORY days NOT gloomy days! Julie Green is another as well as Donna Rigney. God will show ALL the inhabitants of the Earth that HE ALONE is the Great I AM and NO ONE can ALTER His timeline. Lord God, thank You for this encouraging word. Your Truth bears witness to itself in the lives of Your children. Lord, may we rejoice in Your grace and the power of the knowledge that Your ways are perfect and Your Truth remains! Grant us peace as we seek Your face and rest in the arms of Your Grace! Thank You for Your Holy Spirit who continues to guide, comfort, reveal and admonish us keeping us under Your protective wings! Let us keep our eyes fixed on Christ!
