I Prayed have prayed
Lord God, give the citizens of this nation courage to stand up to the radicalism that threatened the freedoms we experience. Show us how and when to take a stand.

In what may become an example for many other states, the Idaho House took decisive action on Thursday,

Yesterday the Idaho House defunded the State’s entire college and university budget in a 58-12 vote.  The budget was reworked to completely excise all critical race theory, cancel culture, social justice aspects, including administrative positions.

The Idaho Freedom Foundation explains this action:

The actual implementation of critical race theory is social justice, which weaponizes this extreme rhetoric by putting into practice those policies that “level the playing field” with special privileges for some at the expense of others. Instead of treating everyone as equals in a meritocracy – where you succeed based on what you’re willing and able to produce – individuals gain special status because politicians and bureaucrats recognize certain groups of people as being protected classes harmed by the class of straight white men.

This is happening here in Idaho as much as it is happening in the rest of the country. It’s not only in our pop culture and taking over corporate board rooms, but also in our state’s K thru college education system.

The continuation of social justice indoctrination is what is at stake in the debate over Idaho’s college and university budget. While Idaho elected officials cannot change Hollywood or the leadership at Delta, Coca Cola, or Starbucks, Idaho’s governor and lawmakers have some power to stop the Left’s comic book version of American history from being used to brainwash Idaho’s children and young adults.

Our identity is in our status as children of God. Oppression is a symptom. We cannot solve our biggest problems, but Jesus can! To get more information about Critical Race Theory, please download the IFA Special Report here.

What does it take to fight this rapidly saturating movement in our nation?  It takes good people to pray and take action.

We loved this statement by the Idaho Freedom Foundation, which should inspire all of us to action:

Like it or not, America’s future hangs in the balance. Stopping the radicalism that’s taken over our country’s most basic institutions should be a top priority for freedom-minded Americans. The nation needs Idaho lawmakers to be courageous and do the right thing. They need to vote to end the use of our universities as breeding centers for socialists and race theory activists.

How do you feel compelled to help stop the radicalism that is threatening our nation?

Heavenly Father, thank You for using Idaho to stand against the evils of “Critical Race Theory”. Thank You for answering the prayers of Your people. Continue to bless leaders who will stand against this in every state.

Thank You for shedding Your light into darkness. I pray all states will follow in Idaho’s footsteps. Lord Your promise in Psalm 37 is, the “power of the wicked will be broken…” Thank You for allowing us to see
You break the power of Critical Race Theory in Idaho. Thank You for putting an end to rewriting history, lying to our children in the classroom, and I pray soon the end to corporations brainwashing employees with divisive content and lies.

Praise, honor, glory to Your Holy Name. In Jesus’ Name.

Praise God! This truly is good news. We need more politicians that are willing to stand up to radical policies! Way to go Idaho! I pray that more states will start doing the same thing.

Praise the Lord!!! I’m so grateful there are still some politicians with a brain of their own, not following blindly like sheep led to the slaughter. I’m praying that other state politicians will stand firm in Jesus Christ and fight against the Leftist ideology, passing legislation just like Idaho did.

Honestly, I feel helpless. All I know to do is pray. I fought when my kids were in school, but was railroaded every time. My husband and I are going to start to go to school board meetings. I believe there are more conservatives in our country than we see on the surface. I pray we start to stand up as a powerful group together. However, we really need someone to stand up and unite us! I don’t think it’s President Trump. His policies were great, but I know way too many Christians whom couldn’t get passed his reterick and narcissistic behavior. I think it strengthened him to fight the battle. But a kingdom divided against itself will not stand. We Christians need to unite like never before and quit fighting about petty stuff. Everyone thinks their way is the right way. We must stand on the Apostolic Creed and everything different from that must be covered by grace. Together we can!

Dear Ellen H, I know that you know this: the prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. I also know that you know that we have the all-powerful King of the Universe as our audience! Sometimes we lose sight of that. So keep on approaching the Throne of Grace and pray. Imagine if we couldn’t do that? Just like the ancient Jewish people, they would love to be in our position, having access to God all the time, day and night! Also, when you pray, listen for what action God wants you to take. He will guide your heart. Maybe not immediately but He will move your heart when you listen. Listen to this broadcast by Ron Hutchcraft. Also, I think it is great that you were involved in your children’s education. Two of my sons go to private school. Even so, I am looking to be sure that the critical race theory does not get into our educational system in my community, just like you and your husband. That is our responsibility if we want to pass down a good legacy, based on truth, to future generations. So I am so grateful you persevered in your fight in the school system. We stand with the Lord and truth——it might not be easy but isn’t that what suffering and enduring with Christ looks like? Blessedly, He gave you each other (and He gives us each other) to get through it! And, of course, we have Him with us! He knows what injustice is! So I am going to call my church and see who in my church is like-minded and get together with them to see how the Lord has moved in their hearts regarding all of the radical changes. If we all reach out to other like-minded believers, pretty soon we will have the unity you are looking for. A podcaster I listen to always says, “You are the leader you are waiting for.” Well, we have God Almighty to guide us, with all of His power behind us. So we can lead our own feet to where God wants us to be. And that includes reaching out to other believers and uniting. I hope that is encouraging to you. I am going to pray for you.

Thank you Idaho for removing the material that teaches students to become racist. This was only dividing our country instead of uniting it. We are all made in the image of God and we are His children.

Agree! If Christians would join together and boycott these big corporations and hit their pocketbooks, they would be forced to stop, or go out of business! Unfortunately, not many seem interested in doing that. Money is what matters to these people! America’s future really does hang in the balance!!

I’ve already started drastically minimizing my consumption of Coke products, and I let the MLB heads of state know that I will be continuing my boycott of baseball in general, my beloved Yankees in particular, this year. That means no game watching, no ticket buying, no merchandise purchases… not ONE RED CENT will be spent on MLB. Or the NFL or the NHL.

Lord Jesus, Thank you for the courage of Idaho to stop the CRT in the university and schools. May all the states have the courage to say, ” Not in my state!” Father evil looks like it’s gaining a strong foothold in our nation and world. You defeated this critical race theory , wokeness, and cancel culture at the cross and won! So lord we pray victory over all states to return to Your guidelines and retain your healthy and holy views of equality and wholeness found soley in you. We pray these things in Jesus name- amen.

CRT is in the hospital in Anne arundel medical center and all around. We are forced to listen to this in our mandatory staff meetings. So if u are white u are the bad guy obviously. Makes things very awkward. I will probably quit my job there due to this and I have been there 20 years. Sadly I think it will be wherever I go. May have to try and not be a productive citizen in a workplace just to avoid this sad agenda that separates people into color and not people of God.

Theresa, I am praying for you. Perhaps you can still make a difference there and speak one on one to others who are being indoctrinated there, and be an encouragement. There may be others just like you in your staff meetings who are feeling awkward in the workplace. Take courage, shine your light in the midst of the darkness. Like you say, it will be wherever you go…perhaps God is calling you to take a stand there. Pray about it. I’m praying with you for wisdom, discernment, guidance and courage to do the right thing.
