All 13 of Biden’s Amendments are active and being pushed hard. For many reasons, we must do everything we can to prevent these from passing.
From Liberty Counsel Action. Right now, all 13 of Joe Biden’s amendments are back on the table and are being pushed very hard. I’ll explain what I believe is one of the reasons why globalists are fighting so frantically to pass these new amendments.

The deeper I dig into the background on the head of the World Health Organization (WHO), the more I am concerned. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus should have absolutely zero power over any American citizen or any person at all … but instead, he was unopposed and reappointed to his current position of power over WHO for the next five years!
Tedros (aka Tewodros Adhanom) was in the executive leadership and the third most powerful leader in a Marxist terrorist group, the Tigray Peoples’ Liberation Front that violently overthrew the Ethiopian government in 1991. As his violent party increased in power, so did his power.
The Human Rights Watch stated in 2009: “Ethiopia is on a deteriorating human rights trajectory … [in 2005] post-election protests resulted in the deaths of at least 200 protesters, many of them victims of excessive use of force by the police.”
In 2010, “Dr. Tewodros Adhanom” was listed as the third most powerful executive board member of the Tigray Peoples’ Liberation Front.
That same year, there were several bills to “codify some of the worst aspects of the slide towards deeper repression and political intolerance. A civil society law passed in January is one of the most restrictive of its kind … [and] will make most independent human rights work impossible.” Including a law that “permits the government and security forces to prosecute political protesters and non-violent expressions of dissent as acts of terrorism.”
There is video and photo evidence that Tedros’ group, the TPLF, was recently using child soldiers in their lust for more power. Ethiopian National Defense Forces said that children were regularly sent to fight and often made up the first line of soldiers. This is considered a violation of the U.N. Convention and a war crime by Tedros’ organization!
And this is the person that Biden wants to control 194 nations!
Biden wants the WHO to have much broader authority over more than just viruses, diseases and responses, he wants the WHO to control “public health emergencies” like climate change, food production, gender identity, abortion access, and so much more!
But it doesn’t stop there. During this time, Tedros’ group is accused of condemning a massive number of private farms into a communist collective. This led to mass dependence and even starvation of Ethiopians.
But if anyone protested, they were targeted as enemies of the state.
Next Ethiopia entered into an agreement with Yemen so that the journalists who had fled Ethiopia because of threats of imprisonment were returned to face punishment. Reports state that Tedros himself lead these negotiations to even go beyond his own boarders to punish anyone who spoke the truth about the evils that were happening inside Ethiopia.
There were growing, consistent reports that Tedros’ group was withholding foreign aid from these starving people and even emergency medical care from children whose villages were associated with an opposing political party (The Amhara).
Around 2 million Amhara people in the region targeted by his political group went “missing” according to a census report. And this is the person that Bill Gates is funding with hundreds of millions of dollars.
The battle happening over the amendments at WHO’s World Health Assembly is a clash of good vs. evil, freedom vs. communism, and who has the power to control you.
Your right to travel, shop, dine or worship should not depend on the latest whim of a corrupt foreign official, and we need to fight now to make sure that this never happens!
Although America had paused its push for globalist amendments to the WHO’s regulations, it is now once again trying to pass them by May 28. We must continue to be vigilant as we combat the threat of globalism through constant prayer.

Earlier this week at the 75th World Health Assembly (WHA) meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, it appeared that 12 of the 13 amendments presented by the Biden administration were temporarily paused. However, the United States’ representative is still pushing the amendments to pass before the session ends on May 28. The amendments would empower the World Health Organization (WHO) to unilaterally declare a “public health emergency” for any reason.
On May 25, in regards to those current proposed amendments, the presiding president of the World Health Assembly stated during the Sixth Committee A Session starting at 2:34:44, “…in reference to Conference Page 7, ‘Strengthening WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies,: Proposal for amendments to the International Health Regulations,’ further discussion seems to be needed. With your permission and for transparency purposes, I will ask the secretary to share by email the outcome of the discussions today on behalf of the co-sponsors. I will also ask the secretary to make a room available for further discussions.”
It appears that instead of using the actual majority vote of the 194 delegates, there seems to be “backroom discussions” occurring in order to persuade those countries that are objecting to the amendments. In fact, it is possible that the original amendments are, in fact, still in these discussions as well.
In addition, on May 24, a U.S. representative of the United States implied that the Biden administration is still trying to push his 13 amendments to be passed. The US representative gave this presentation at the WHO World Health Assembly Agenda 16.2: Int’l Health Regulation Amendments, Comm. A, 3rd:
“The United States supports the ongoing efforts to strengthen WHO and make it more agile, transparent and effective. Going forward, we have collectively developed a plan to analyze and build consensus on important amendments to the Internal Health Regulations of 2005 to strengthen the instrument and improve implementation, compliance and effectiveness. On behalf of the United States and our co-sponsors, we have proposed resolution containing conference paper A75 A-7 to amend IHR Article 59 in order to make the instrument more agile and responsive to technological communications or other developments. This resolution is an expression of Member-State consensus to reduce the period for entry into force for any amendments to the IHR from the current 24 months to 12 months. We are mindful of the importance of respecting national sovereignty and the ability of domestic authorities to make health decisions in their territory which is inherent in the IHR. The IHR depends on and reinforces the sovereignty of member-states to take appropriate health measures and fight diseases together. It is essential that states’ parties comply with the legally binding commitments undertaken when the IHR was revised over 15 years ago. Strengthening the IHR will provide an immediate and tangible step forward in demonstrating to the world that we are learning from the challenges we have faced battling COVID-19 and working to improve the global health architecture systems and tools to prevent and prepare for the next response to the pandemic to come. Improving and modernizing the IHR is critical to ensuring the world is better prepared for and can respond to the next pandemic. There is no greater duty for governments than keeping their citizens safe and free from danger. This includes health threats that can so easily move across borders and spread across the globe in a matter of days and weeks. COVID-19 demonstrates that we must do better in working with each other and communicating effectively when risks are detected. Failure in this regard is not acceptable. The United States of America looks forward to working with member-states to move forward on this important issue, strengthening our collective ability to prevent, detect and respond to future pandemics in making real progress toward the next one. The United States commends the WHO for its efforts to support the implementation of the IHR amidst the many challenges of COVID-19 and we look forward to continuing our critical work together with WHO and member-states to strengthen and further our current response to build a safer more secure and be better prepared for the future.”
Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver stated, “Amendments to give the World Health Organization unprecedented authority to declare a public health emergency could be passed in the blink of an eye when no one is paying attention. The WHO must not become the global authority on public health issuing directives influenced by its funding stakeholders that impact the sovereignty of independent nations. We cannot hand America’s sovereignty over to the WHO.”

I am concerned about the U.S. turning over authority to the WHO. I wrote the senators in Louisiana and the following is a quote from Senator Cassidy.
Thankfully, the International Health Regulations (IHR) legal framework is clear: “States have, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the sovereign right to legislate and to implement legislation in pursuance of their health regulations.”
The WHO meeting has no ability to circumvent the laws of the United States, and I will ensure it stays that way. I will reject any measure that would compromise the sovereignty of the United States.
They want our guns so we can be their slaves…If we are in Jesus who dare come against us, amen.
Even our own attack us from within to get the WHO and UN involved in policing America and God will not have it!

What is the update on the Biden administrations amendments to the WHO? I am not sure what took place on the 28th.
I’ve heard they didn’t have enough votes to pass it so it wasn’t voted on. However, that is hearsay.
This is a comment on the article about Tedros and the WHO. Isn’t it true that Tedros is in rebellion against his own government (Ethiopia)? What is Ethiopia doing about this? It’s outrageous that a rebel should head a UN agency and be accepted as representative of his country when he has been trying to destroy its government. 12 of the 13 amendments to the IHR were NOT put back on the table. They were not approved and if they come up again for discussion it will not happen until 2023. They did approve an amendment to the 13th amendment submitted by the US which affects Article 59 of the IHR. They also approved an amendment to IHR Article 55, 61, 62, 63 all address time frames for rejection, objections, implementation. I was on a team that watch the meetings in Geneva and met on a daily zoom call. I can guarantee the 12 US amendments did NOT get approved. Doesn’t mean they will not surface again but I believe their focus is now going to me on the International Treaty on Prevention, Preparedness and Response (Pandemic Treaty). The groups I work with are concentrating on creating a global fight to shut down the WHO or to encourage many member states to drop out. In the US we already have H.R.419 and that bill has 51 co-sponsors we need to strongly encourage those Republican members of Congress that have not yet signed on as a co-sponsor to do so ASAP. Unless the Republicans take the majority in 2022 this bill will of course go nowhere but we need not worry about things that have not yet happened and concentrate on getting more co-sponsors on this bill. PLEASE correct your message to your followers regarding the amendments. At this time the ONLY amendments approved are to Article 55, 59, 61, 62, 63 and they will not even be implemented until 2024. The US amendments are off the table as of now and cannot be discussed again until the next WHA meeting.

I decree that every United States Citizen, stands up in their authority and says NO in the spirit realm and in the earthly realm to these amendments by the Biden Administration. We come into agreement that we are a Nation established on Covenant with the Almighty God. Also our Constitution states we our a Nation governed by representation of the people, by the people, and for the people. So we stand up to make our voices known to our representatives that we will never surrender our inalienable rights!

Since the Lord has given us His authority ( Luke 10:19). I am that this amendment will fall to the ground and not be allowed to control the US. I am asking the Lord to intervene in the affairs of our Government and politics so that they will know He is God and not them.

I am praying that the rod of the wicked will not rule over the lot of the just. Multinational doctors, researchers, and lawyers gathered last weekend (May 20-22) in Bath, England for the Better Way Conference put on by the World Council for Health, which was founded by people who are in opposition to the World Health Organization and the globalist effort to control healthcare. There were many excellent speakers.
I pray that God gives them great success by granting His favor to cover them: provision of resources to become greatly influential, and protection from all attacks of the enemy.
IFA, I hope you will publish an article about the World Council for Health and have a representative on your prayer call, so people can learn about those in the medical field who are pushing back against the tyranny.

God does have a covenant with America. I bind this attempted coup by this illegitimate government administration in America. The evil people of this world have lost. This is just a last ditch effort to once again give the Americans people’s freedom and sovereignty away. They don’t have the power to do so and this is against America’s constitution, and this is treason against the people and the constitution. They should be instantly arrested and brought under a military tribunal for treason and high crimes against the constitution. The penalty is exaccusion or life in prison.
How can this be more widely publicized? What can an individual citizen do, other than, of course, pray? We must, of course, pray unceasingly, but there needs be also ways in which we can act. Can this be addressed?
How do we stop thugs and gangsters who masquerade as respected authorities and wealthy philanthropists from gaining unfettered power, in effect, feeding on us by taking our power and energy to themselves, stealing it?

Lord God – we first ask that You would forgive the sins of our nation. By allowing sin to run rampant among our nation through our apathy, our lack of action and sometimes our misunderstanding, we – Your people… have allowed evil to fill vacuums that were created. Forgive us Lord. We boldly, yet humbly ask You to intervene on behalf of America. Raise up multiple nations & people against these evil amendments and cause them to be defeated. Allow confusion, restraint, disagreements, disillusionment and uncomfortableness to become predominant in those pushing this evil. We pray Your holy spirit will cause many to change their voices and votes and to stand against this “power grab”. We stand united in the prayer of asking You Lord … to remove Tedros from his position in any manner You deem necessary Lord. We ask these things in Your holy name and we pray Your name to be glorified because of it. Amen
These things must happen in order for Jesus to return! I pray that souls will be saved and delivered and that a hedge of protection and a legion of angels will surround God’s people as we approach these dark days ahead. Stay steadfast in your faith and remember every other kingdom is under the KINGDOM OF GOD!

I am praying that the amendments don’t pass but also for the removal of all WHO resources and influence and the complete dismantling of the of this organization.
I’m also praying that the head of the WHO be exposed and justice be done upon him. Also that Biden, the Gates foundation, and any other money or power that is supporting this be removed.
I pray that the gospel goes forth and the church wakes form it’s slumber and prays according to God’s word and will.

I want to share a word that came from Hank Kunnemann on 5/16/22. The prophetic word from the Lord is that he is going to take care of the WHO. We don’t have to fight in this battle because the Lord is going to fight on our behalf. We just however need to pray into this prophecy. I am paraphrasing, however please go back and listen to the word from the Lord, it will bless your heart.
God says watch how He will gather His fist and smack down upon the agenda that desires to steal our freedoms again. This will be a sound of His footprint; it will come as a great push back against this agenda. “They will say who do you think you are” when you hear this then look for the Who I am that stands in your mist. the Lord goes on to say that he will restock our shelves as He has said before and He will bless our water and provide for our children. “Watch what I do says the Lord”
This was an encouraging word for me, because I was concerned, but I am choosing to have Faith in the God of the Bible, who promises to never leave us or forsake us. It is impossible for Him to ever tell a lie. We need to focus more on what God is doing and what He promises us through His word, then focus on what the devil is doing through evil men, we still need to be aware, but not focus so much attention.
Hank Kunnemann also said that we have to move with the heaven do not ever walk in the steps of darkness. For the darkness that is in the earth, there is a countering sound “God said let there be light” He goes on to give the illustration of Jesus and the disciples in the boat and Jesus asked them why did you fear? Where is your faith. We grieve the spirit of God when we get into fear. As long as God’s spirit is here in the earth, God always has a redemptive plan that is a plan of hope and a plan of help.

Let the vote come to nothing – at the worst, an impasse; at best, dissolution of the proposals set forth to remove any of the 194 nations’ sovereignty and national autonomy. Silence and confuse those who are speaking in support of this globalism push by this vote. Cause this measure to die in all singular and joint attempts to come to fruition and fulfillment. Dry up the resources being thrown at this measure from all sources. Cause technology in place to fail for those who support this agenda. Share all insight, knowledge, strategy and direction to those who oppose this measure. Cause communication to be impeded between and with member states who support this, while You strengthen the voices and the logic, wording, charisma and any other form of convincing argument in this discussion who oppose any part of this measure that destroys individual nations’ authority and sovereignty. Move mightily, O God, and let the people see and know You are God. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Father God, You know the plans you have for us. Plans not to harm us, but to prosper us and to give us a future and a Hope. I ask you to eradicate the plans that the evil ones on this earth have for us. Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” So, as your children, we pray, seek Your face, turn from our wicked ways, and know that You hear our cries, and will heal our land. We simply put our trust in You.
Please, Lord, deliver us from evil and those who wish evil upon us and our beloved Country, which was founded, and grounded, in You.

I have read these amendments several times, and find no place where a nation would give up their sovereignty. Most of the amendments are about changing the wording from “may”, to “shall”. It was this type of language that allowed China with the complicity of the WHO to go for months without letting the rest of the world know about the pandemic. By changing the wording from “may”, to “shall”, will eliminate that wiggle room. What these amendments provide for is declaring that if a member nation covers up an event the world should know about, it charges the sirector general of the WHO with alerting the world, so that member nations can prepare early on.
It also provides for assistance by the WHO to any nation needing their help in preparation, which they are free to decline. It is also charged with developing guidlines for the member nations, which they can opt out of.
The bad news is there is the creation of a compliance committee, who can use world pressure to shame a country into compliance, however there are no consequences for any nation who refuses to comply with the guidlines.
Lastly, I agree with the author of this article, that the re-elected director general should NOT be at the head of the WHO.
As I read this my conversation with the Lord went like this, “well Lord, the WHO is up to it again. His response was, “who?” I said, “the world health organization.” The Lord’s response was epic. He said, “the governing body in the earth right now is the church of the firstborn.” Matthew 28:18-20 “18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 [a]Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you [b]always, even to the end of the age.” My response was, “so how do we pray.” He said, “don’t just pray that the amendments don’t pass, ask me to remove all of the WHO’s resources and influence and to completely dismantle this organization.” Father, in Jesus’ name I stand in agreement with the kingdom of God. I ask now for the world health organization to be completely dismantled. You said, “the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just. and that the foundation of your throne is righteousness and justice.” Therefore, I pray for the removal of all of their resources and influence. I release your kingdom into the earth. Let righteousness and peace thwart every wicked plan. Thank you for your great name being sanctified in the midst of all tribes and tongues. Multinational doctors, researchers, and lawyers gathered last weekend in Bath, England for the Better Way Conference put on by the World Council for Health, which was founded by people who are in opposition to the World Health Organization and the globalist effort to control healthcare. There were many excellent speakers.
I pray that God gives them great success by granting His favor to cover them, provision of resources to become greatly influential, and protection from all attacks of the enemy.
In January of this year, while in prayer, I received a text from a friend which listed a diagram of possible future variants of the Covid virus. As I continued to pray, I saw a hand holding a snake and I heard the words, ‘cut the head off the snake’. I knew God was telling me to start praying this concerning the WHO. As I begin researching this organization I saw that it uses as its logo, the Caduceus which depicts a snake and a staff and is the recognized symbol for medicine and the medical field in the United States. This was confirmation that the vision of the snake and the words I heard were to become my prayer focal point concerning the WHO. I will continue to pray until something happens.
So Father I do pray that you would cut the head off the snake. That you deal with this evil organization. That you put an end to the leadership at the top which is making decisions and creating false scenarios not only for Americans but who also now threatens an expansion of its powers over the entire world. Thank you Lord that Your name is higher than any head of any organization. Your name is higher than any name given under heaven. Therefore we can pray confidently and see our prayers answered. Agreeing pleading for God’s mercy on America and the world
The Lord prompted me to read Genesis 11 on The Tower of Babel. The people were building a tower so that they would be so strong together they could overrule heaven. God saw them, and said, “ The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”
8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel—because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
So my prayer is that God will confuse their language -they will not be able to reach a understanding between themselves or any other nations. That this attempt will BOOMERANG and what they meant for evil, God will reveal and turn to good.

I prayed that our supernatural God who is able to go beyond what we know to pray will hear our cry and make a way where there is no way. Just as He did when He parted the Red Sea.
