President Trump announced on Wednesday that he will sign an executive order to ensure that all babies born alive receive medical care, including those that survive abortions or are born prematurely.
In an appeal to religious voters, the president made the disclosure during a pre-recorded virtual address to the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast.
“Today I am announcing that I will be signing the born alive executive order to assure that all precious babies born alive, no matter their circumstances, receive the medical care that they deserve,” the president said. “This is our sacrosanct moral duty.”
The White House did not immediately release a copy of the order, or specify when the president will sign it. . . .
Mark Randall, chairman of the breakfast, said several thousand people participated in the virtual event, which included Attorney General William P. Barr.
“We thank our president and Attorney General Barr for the critical role they have played in protecting our religious freedom and the rights of the most vulnerable, the unborn,” Mr. Randall said.

“Courage under Fire” – Describes Our Presidents actions! President Trump is that rare type of man – today. In my childhood, Men in America were raised to be men of courage and honor. Growing up the Democratic party and the Republican party often disagreed and fought for their beliefs… with words. It’s called discussion or debate. It’s what intelligent, thoughtful people do. Often they were friends who discussed their disagreements to come to some kind of solution. They weren’t perfect human beings but they had a certain respect for the right of everyone to have his/her own ideas without any thought of violence. Violence is the weapon of the ignorant! Violence is the weapon of the destroyer. Violence is the weapon of doers of evil.

President Trump is the most pro-life president of my life time! He has enthusiastically dared to actively promote unborn life at every opportunity. His speech at the Pro-life march in Washington was truly inspirational; he went where no other presidents dared to go. His courageous stand on life, no matter who the audience, has put him in league by himself where other pro-life presidents of the past were timid on this issue.
President Trump has also been a strong advocate for those who are terminally ill with the “Right to try” enabling experimental potentially life saving medicines to those in need of hope.

Thank you Mr. President. Many years ago I was a nursery room Registered Nurse in a hospital in IL. I came on duty on night and was told there was a baby to be born in the labor and delivery department sometime in the next 12 hours and if it was delivered alive on my shift , I was to put it in the back room, out of sight and do NOTHING to assist it, in other words, I was to allow this baby to die. I said WHAT? They went on to explain it was a missed abortion and they were doing an assisted abortion . I told them that I would not obey that directive. Any baby born on my shift, while I was the charge nurse would receive the life giving support needed. I wrote a four page letter of resignation and turned it in the nest day. I have never once regretted that decision.. Thank you Lord God Almighty for a President that honors ALL life as You do. In Jesus precious and Holy name Amen.

You may have been one of those who cried out loudly in protest when Roe happened but I ask the Lord to forgive us all for allowing this to happen without the loudest of outcries that we could have made. Many of us did not seem to be aware of the travesty that was enacted and did nothing until years down the road. It is absolutely abhorent that this is even an issue. Innocent babies have no voice but ours. Praise God for President Trump who is definitely being lead by God. It is sad when the heartless governor cuomo signed the law (which was applauded by those in attendance) where babies born can be snuff out so callously. Lay on a table and die. To date over 300,000+ babies have been murdered since that 2017 law was in effect. May God deal with those (sadly even professing Christian’s) who think this is a woman’s choice to make.
