I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we ask that You bring healing to all women who have received abortion. Thank You that You are the God of all comfort, please be near those women.

Abortion is a hot topic of late and many of us agree, it’s about time.  Yet each time I hear a pastor or church leader fiercely speak out against abortion, I cringe.  Not because I disagree with them.  Abortion is a sin and has brought a terrible curse on our nation.

I cringe because my heart goes out to the one in four women who have made that choice and live with the regret of it.

One in four. Think about that. Many of them are sitting in the pews next to us, hiding their dark secret. I wonder how they feel each time the issue of abortion is attacked with such passion?  I can only imagine. My heart breaks for them, both women and men (we don’t often think of the men affected) who have been tormented for years because of a devastating choice they cannot undo.

My question is; how can we confront the sin but still embrace the one who sinned? How do we restore and bringing healing to their soul for a regret that cannot be undone?  And how do we do that without causing that wound to be torn open afresh?  The truth is, we can’t.

The wound must be opened one more time, cleaned out and washed away by the precious blood of Jesus. Only then will healing come.

That’s where IFA intercessor Stephanie Reinhart of Restored Life comes in.

Restored life was birthed out of a desire to help women and men with post abortion healing and restoration.

They not only assist in the recovery from the destructive aftermath of abortion on a personal level, they also equip churches and ministries to bring healing and restoration to those in their congregations.

According to Stephanie, many churches do not offer the resources needed for successful post-abortion ministry.  Restored Life works closely with Lovelife.org to equip churches and leaders to break the walls of silence of those who have experienced abortion.  They encourage the church to awaken to this tragedy and to teach a two-sided message on this subject; how to confront the tragedy of abortion while bringing healing to those who have made this choice.

“In women over the age of 50, statistics show nearly 50% have experienced abortion and its residual effects.”  Stephanie shared.

“Some of the symptoms these women face, are emotional deadening, anger, rage and even suicide. Statistics reveal that twenty-six percent of women who have had an abortion attempt suicide,” Stephanie continued.

While those are the national statistics, ministries like Restored Life and Lovelife.org are changing those by pouring out the love, forgiveness and healing power of God into the lives of those who have been traumatized by their choices.

Restored life offers recovery ministry both in person and online.  Within their vast resources are one-on-one ministry, group studies, private counseling and weekend retreats.  They will even connect you with other resources in your own city.

Debilitating regret is a terrible thing and part of the trauma of abortion.  Most who have been through an abortion never speak of it again. Not to another living soul. They keep it hidden inside—their dirty little secret. Yet, satan thrives in darkness and whatever we keep hidden, keeps us in bondage. It’s time to surrender the secret.

Surrendering the Secret is a unique program Restored Life uses which empowers the participant to allow the light of God into their heart, into the dark places.  As they surrender their secret regret, God removes the pain and loss, causing them to arise and emerge victoriously.

God’s power is available to heal and restore and make whole!  This is the passion and ministry of Restored Life and Stephanie Reinhart.

If you are reading this and have kept this secret of your past, it is time to be healed. Call Stephanie at Restored Life. Her services are completely confidential and provide a safe place for a wounded soul.

Pastors, this is a great resource for your church and your people and any who need restoration to wholeness after abortion.

I remember the story of Cain and Able, how Ables blood cried unto good from the ground and a curse was placed on Cain. We as intercessors must understand how all these millions of innocent lives cry to the Father. We must ask Father God to uk intervene and put an end to such horrific behavior that drives the blessings of God out of our nation. In Jesus name.

Father, thank you for places helping women and men to heal. May our churches see the need and respond. I pray for an end to killing babies and abortion workers leaving the industry, convicted by your truth.

Dear Father God, we pray for these women and how the devil will use this act of murder to shame them their entire lives. We ask they come to You Jesus, accept You in their heart, repent and live for You.
We pray that abortion would be against the law once again. Turn our country around to live for You in every aspect of our lives. Forgive them Lord and allow them to forgive themselves. Praise You Jesus, Your Love is unconditional once we repent and live for You.

Father God:
Thank You for this article. Thank YOU for who YOU ARE. Thank You for ministries such as Restored Life and Love Life. Please bless them abundantly to be able to reach out and connect with those that need help not only in the church but outside the church so that many can accept Jesus as their Savior.

Father-God, I want to pray for the church first and foremost that ABORTION and LGBTQ are not the will of God, in fact, that is the will of the father of lies, the devil. Therefore, please let all the Pastors who have been confused, their eyes be opened, REPENT and DRAW close to God so that they can lead their flocks to the truth as the Bible wrote NOT as the popular vote dictate it. Please allow these pastors to understand that YOU ARE the giver of everything including tithes etc. Let them have FAITH as big as mustard seed on anything that they’re facing, the faith of believing that YOU ARE IN CONTROL.

Father-God, I want to pray for the church to live as a whole. Yes we may sin sometimes but we will NOT be hypocrites, we will live out our faith confidently, joyfully, lovingly so that our children, the next generation, can witness and desire to copy our way of life in their own walk with YOU.

Father-God, please let us the Church be serious in living our life. Let us, the church be always close to You, to re-charge daily by reading Your love letter = life manual = the Bible so that we can live confidently in this dark world. So that people can see who we are in YOU by the way we live. So that people can desire what we have in YOU.

Father-God, please help us, the Church, daily INTENTIONALLY to choose to READ the BIBLE, PRAY then start our day.

Your will be done Father-God. In Jesus’ name, we pray and thank You. Amen.

What a refreshing post.
Today the ‘war’ against abortion and the LGBTQ movement is so intense— on both sides, I can’t help but ask God are we as Christians really fighting this war HIS way?
Sometimes I believe Christians forget where they started out or maybe simply haven’t walked down some of the more obvious roads of sin, forgetting about those easy to also keep tucked away in their darkest depths .. pride, self righteousness, judgement etc.
How will we as Christians ever go into the highways and biways if we’ve already made it clear we have one agenda? And it’s not to at least hear where the person was coming from when they made such a dramatic decision.
I believe and stand solely on Gods word but I can’t help but question some of the motives of believers hearts, including my own!! Are we really seeking Him and asking if this is the way in which we are to go? Or are we putting up our own barricades that will dam up the flow of the Holy Spirit?

I remember the day it dawned on me as I was reading the 10 commandments and my heart broke realizing I had broken all 10 of them, yes abortion is murder.
As I’ve grown over the last 18 years God has restored me to Himself and it didn’t happen overnight.
While I will support conservative views at the polls, if it doesn’t go as I hope and pray—I know God can and WILL work even if abortion is still legal and the LGBTQ still have their way.

It just seems like the church is wanting the government/politics to be the church.
I don’t understand as I don’t see that anywhere in the Bible, maybe I missed it somewhere?
Isn’t government of the world and God’s kingdom is not of this world? If the people are hostile towards us are we not to move on brushing off the dust and go to the place where His peace is welcome?

Father,
Let us hear the voice that comes from behind, the voice we will hear with our own ears, telling us which way we should go— either to the left or to the right. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with You because of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We love You Father.
Amen

I too have broken all of the Commandments. If not in deed; in thought! Pretty shocking when that realization came! Praise God for sending His Son, Yeshua, our rescuer and restorer! I believe that God is lifting the veil on His Ecclesia at such a time as this. He is now and will be opening eyes, hearts, and souls to His Truth in the coming days, months, and years. He is preparing the way for His Son to have a beautiful Bride! As we, His people, humble ourselves, pray, seek His face, and turn from our wicked ways then He is going to forgive and bring healing to His people, His congregations, and His lands! I believe it! He will turn the 💕 of the Fathers to the children and the 💕of the children to the Fathers! He is and will remove deception, confusion, haziness, fear, and rebellion, and He has started the work! We will see Mercy Triumph over Judgment in the Body. (James 2:13) Even His slumbering, wounded and limping Church is awaiting His setting the captives free! Lord forgive me, forgive your Body, and this nation! (He has been patient to me so I know He is being patient awaiting those who are being prepared to know Him, and there will be many!) We long and groan for You Lord, as does all creation! Holy Spirit thank you for stirring life to Your people!
We truly desire to see You, Glorified and no other! We are redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, Yeshua, and out of the hand of the enemy!

The question asked here, ” How do we embrace the sinner without embracing the sin?” is answered by the blood of Messiah, as Kim Potter points out. It helps to remember that we are sinners, as well, and these women and men have also been sinned against. Y’shua warned against causing someone else to sin, yet many abortions are coerced: someone puts pressure on the woman to abort, and she sees no other options.

https://stopforcedabortions.org/

Heavenly Father, your heart grieves for both the aborted child and the woman coerced into abortion, as well as for the women who are not coerced but are misinformed. Help us express grace to these women, and mercy.

    Our dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for Penni’s prayer and Kim’s article. I know Surrendering the Secret has been so valuable and pray for its message to reach many.
May you, Father, foster love for the unborn and their parents in us and in the heart of the nominee for the Supreme Court. Bring your abundant life.
In the name of our crucified and risen Jesus, Amen
